Who this covers
This site is run by Rowena Morrow, trading as Prospective Services Pty Ltd, an Australian company. This policy covers artofunravelling.com only. Enquiries: info@pspl.com.au.
What is collected, and when
This site does not track visitors and runs no analytics. The only information collected is what is given voluntarily:
- An email address, when you use a sign-up form on this site, for example to unlock the Waymarks card sampler.
- Payment and contact details, when you buy something from The Seed Bank on Payhip. Payhip handles that transaction entirely. This site never receives or stores payment details.
What it is used for
An email address given through a sign-up form is used to deliver what you asked for, and, only where you agreed to it, to send occasional emails from The Art of Unravelling. You can withdraw that agreement at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
Email addresses are never sold, and never shared with anyone outside the services named below.
Services this site relies on
Several outside services are part of how this site runs. Each handles a narrow slice of information:
- Kit stores email addresses collected through sign-up forms, and sends the emails described above. See Kit's own privacy policy.
- Payhip handles every purchase from The Seed Bank, including payment and contact details. See Payhip's own privacy policy.
- Substack hosts the newsletter this site links to. If you subscribe there, Substack holds your details under its own privacy policy. One image on this site is also served from Substack's network, which can log the request.
- Vercel hosts this site. Loading a page can log your IP address and browser details on Vercel's servers, under Vercel's own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses. Loading a page requests those fonts directly from Google, which can log the request (typically an IP address and browser details) under Google's own privacy policy.
Removing your details
To have an email address deleted from this site's mailing list, use the unsubscribe link in any email you have received, or write to info@pspl.com.au. For anything held by Payhip, Substack, Vercel or Google, their own privacy policies set out the same right directly with them.
Governing law
This site is operated from Australia and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
