A seasonal practice of rewilding, mourning and emergence
Four seasons, each with its own movement. A fifth thread cuts sideways across all four. The seasons were not designed in advance and then filled. They were named as they were lived, and they are met the same way: in your own time, in whatever order your own circumstances ask for.
Grief, and the composting of what is ending. This season holds grief without rushing it toward growth, and hospices the stories that no longer fit.
Movement without a map. This season wanders, learning to sense the edges of what is emerging before there is a name for it.
Discernment. What to carry, what to scatter, what to return to the soil. This season identifies what wants to grow and offers small, coherent gestures into the field.
What rings true, in the self, between people, and in systems. This season asks what truly resonates and tends whatever is humming true.
A second pass across all four seasons, following one thread at a time. Echoes does not follow the others in sequence. It cuts sideways through them, returning to what each season surfaced and listening for what still sounds.
Every season begins with unravelling. That is where the practice starts.
